Pantheon keeps your app data with the devices and services you control. We store only what’s required for accounts, connections, notifications, purchases, support, and security.
We do not collect your media files, library contents, server contents, watch history, provider credentials, file paths, server logs, API keys, or integration settings. That data stays with the devices and services you control.
We store only the account information needed to sign you in and link services, such as your Pantheon account ID, Sign in with Apple identifier, email or private relay address, verification status, and name if you choose to share it.
When you connect apps, servers, devices, Discord, or other supported services, we store only the identifiers, timestamps, and status needed to keep those connections working.
We do not store notification content, event payloads, media details, or notification history. We keep only the routing information needed to deliver notifications, such as device push tokens, app or server identifiers, delivery status, and related timestamps.
For purchase reporting and entitlements, we may store App Store transaction and product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal, refund, or cancellation events, and the account they belong to.
TestFlight requests, Discord access checks, captcha or anti-abuse status, and support messages store only what’s needed to process the request, protect the service, and respond to you.
We use this information only to provide account linking, notifications, routing, purchase reporting, support, and service security. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it.
We do not sell your data or use account, routing, notification, purchase, or support data for advertising, ad measurement, or cross-app tracking.
Review connections and remove access whenever you need to. You can also contact support to request deletion of account, connection, support, or TestFlight data tied to you.
